1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ahh8 ("ahh8," "we," "our," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the ahh8 online gaming platform, including the website at ahh8.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The Service is available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. ahh8 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You are responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Service is legal in your jurisdiction. ahh8 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ahh8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Account Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to promptly update your information whenever it changes. ahh8 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification includes, but is not limited to: UMID, PhilSys National ID, passport, and driver's license.

2.5 Account Approval. ahh8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or permit any third party to access your account.

3.2 You must notify ahh8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ahh8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or report unauthorized access promptly.

3.3 ahh8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Once enabled, a one-time password (OTP) will be required in addition to your password at each login, substantially reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

3.4 All activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you, and you remain fully responsible for all wagers, transactions, and actions taken under your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ahh8 currently supports the following payment methods for Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank online transfer, Visa, and Mastercard debit and credit cards. ahh8 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantaneously for e-wallet methods and within the same business day for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. ahh8 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 1–3 business hours on weekdays. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. ahh8 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Player Funds. Player funds are maintained in accounts segregated from ahh8's operational funds. ahh8 does not use player funds for operational expenses.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the ahh8 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their bank or payment provider.

4.6 Fraudulent Transactions. Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 ahh8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional benefits (collectively, "Promotions") to eligible players. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are communicated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.

5.3 ahh8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions — including the use of multiple accounts, automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of any bonus or winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Each game available on the ahh8 platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

6.2 All games offered through ahh8 are supplied by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that undergo regular independent auditing to ensure fairness. ahh8 has no ability to alter individual game outcomes.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ahh8's technical logs shall be the definitive record of the outcome. 6.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ahh8 platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating, operating, or using multiple accounts.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment instruments.
• Money laundering or using the Service to conceal, transfer, or disguise proceeds of illegal activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of cheating.
• Using automated software, bots, or exploits to interact with the Service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ahh8's systems, databases, or networks.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ahh8 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information to ahh8 at any time.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8.1 ahh8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Service is intended solely for entertainment purposes for adults aged 21 and over. ahh8 strongly encourages players to set personal limits on deposits, wagers, losses, and session duration before commencing play.

8.2 Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits at any time through the Account Settings panel. These limits take effect immediately or within 24 hours depending on the type of limit applied.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section of their account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their specified duration. ahh8 will honor all self-exclusion requests and will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during the exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ahh8 platform, including but not limited to the ahh8 logo, website design, graphics, software, text, and game assets, is the intellectual property of ahh8 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ahh8 platform without prior written authorization from ahh8.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ahh8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 ahh8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ahh8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 ahh8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for regulatory compliance purposes.

11.2 Upon account termination for cause attributable to a breach of these Terms, ahh8 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances. Real-money balances in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to ahh8, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures.

11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting ahh8 customer support. Account closure does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities prior to the date of closure.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

12.2 In the event of a dispute, you should first contact ahh8 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. ahh8 will use reasonable endeavors to resolve customer complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ahh8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ahh8 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service and close your account.
